Conflicting information was presented in that article in the Lexington Herald Leader newspaper: the persons were allegedly arrested, but the horses weren't seized?!? That just doesn't make sense. Whoever the people are that turned them in for them supposedly starving their horses needs to worry about themself. These people are very good people and would never do anything to hurt their horses.
