Kentucky Horse Council Provides Aid to Texas

In the wake of severe storms (Hurricane Ike among others), the Texas Horse Council approached the Kentucky Horse Council to provide aid, supplies, and feed to the distraught areas. The Kentucky Horse Council has agreed to help and is now currently accepting donations to go to those relief efforts. Many horse farms were damaged in the area – and everything from barns and fence supplies to horse feed are in need in the Texas and Oklahoma areas that were damaged by the storms. 100% of all monies donated to the Kentucky Horse Council for these relief efforts/aid will go for the benefit of the horses that were hit in these areas.
